Player Development Coordinator

We're Looking for a Player Development Coordinator!

Do you love baseball and want to help kids improve their skills while having fun? Do you have ideas on how to support coaches throughout the season? Are you interested in making a difference in the way players develop in CAA?

If you answered "YES", then this role might be perfect for you!

 What’s This Role About?

The Player Development Coordinator is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact without a huge time commitment. We’re looking for a passionate baseball fan who can help shape training opportunities for our players and support coaches with fresh ideas.

What You'll Do (It’s Simpler Than You Think!)

As the Player Development Coordinator, you’ll work with the Baseball Board to:

Help organize training opportunities – Assist with planning pre-season and in-season development sessions.

Share training ideas – Work with board members and coaches to explore simple ways to help kids improve.

Support coaches – Help make sure coaches have access to resources to make their job easier.

Look for small ways to improve development – This isn’t about reinventing the wheel—it’s about finding practical ways to help players and coaches.

 Who We’re Looking For

✔️ Someone who cares about player development—no advanced coaching experience required!

✔️ Someone who wants to help but doesn’t have tons of extra time—this role is flexible and can grow over time.

✔️ Someone who loves baseball and wants to see kids enjoy the game while getting better.

This is a low-pressure role with a big impact—and you won’t be doing it alone! You’ll have the full support of the Baseball Board and coaching community. If you’re interested (or just want to learn more), reach out today!

Contact Nick Hansgen (VP Baseball) for details or to get involved!
