• Recruit players and coaches into the program.

• Schedule officials, score table, and supervise weekend games hosted by Chanhassen (shared with Boys Community Director).
• Coordinate with fellow leaders for: scheduling, uniforms, photos, equipment and coaching / player development.

• Support coaches in season by attending practices, reviewing game videos and providing feedback, consulting on game strategy, developing/sharing practice drills focused on team-specific needs, etc.

• Consult with Boys varsity program to develop an approach to CAA boys player development to guide coaches and players with a goal of producing a strong high school program.

• Organize all volunteer related activities, including communication, volunteer sign up and shift coverage throughout tournament. 
• This role requires extensive collaboration with the Tournament Director planning the tournament and also during the weekend of the tournament.
• This is a Key Volunteer position and does not include voting board member responsibilities.

• Oversee all activities to support concessions during the tournament, this includes ordering of food and supplies, establishing menus and pricing,  working with vendors, setting up each concessions at each school , training volunteers and taking inventory at the conclusion of tournament. 
• This role requires an extensive time commitment the the weekend of the tournament and includes overseeing the runner/floater volunteers.  
• This is a Key Volunteer position and does not include voting board member responsibilities.

• Work with District 112 Facilities to secure gym space for all basketball travel and developmental programs. 
• Schedule travel team practices and grades 1-8 in-house practices and games.
• Schedule all development camps/programs throughout the year.

• Maintain equipment inventory and ensure all equipment bags are stocked.
• Purchase replacement equipment when necessary. 
• Supply coaches with equipment bags as needed throughout the season.

• Work with approved picture vendor.
• Set schedule for Picture Day and communicate with coaches and families.
• Coordinate schedule with the Directors for the community, developmental and travel teams.

• Maintain social media presence for CAA Basketball programs 
• Create posts on Facebook and Twitter for current events, news, photos, lost and found, sponsorships, etc. 

• Responsible for the selection and distribution of uniforms for all basketball programs. 

• Responsible for coordinating the Midwest 3 on 3 Tournament.

• Responsible for procuring a live-streaming platform for all basketball programs.
